ResolveNow.Direct is designed around privacy and data minimisation. This policy explains what we store, why, and the controls you have.

Your data is yours

Every case, message, and document you create is private to your account. No other user can read, edit, or delete your cases or conversations. Administrators can access records only for platform operation and support.

What we store

We store your account details, the problems you describe, AI responses, case history, documents you upload, and your preferences. Documents you upload are stored privately and accessed only via time-limited signed links.

How AI uses your input

Your problem descriptions and messages are sent to AI models to generate assistance. We do not use your data to train external models. AI-generated suggestions are clearly distinguished from professional advice.

Data retention and deletion

You can permanently delete all your cases and messages at any time from Settings. Deletion is irreversible. Account deletion is handled through the platform account settings.

Security

Authentication, row-level access control, and user-data isolation are enforced on every request. Secrets are kept server-side and never exposed to the frontend or app packages.
